This Facility has a newly renovated full kitchen on the upper level with space to seat 75. The Lower level is equipped with a bar, pool table, shuffleboard and card tables. A comfortable space for your next meeting, event or family gathering. The building is located along Highway 13 at 5117-51 Avenue, near the Killam Recreation Facility.

The Living Room is a freshly renovated space that once was the home of the old Killam Theater. Located on Killam's Main Street, this venue provides easy access and ample parking opportunity. With the "big screen" still available, this is a great place to hold birthday parties, family gatherings, meetings, theatre & concert performances or weddings. This space can accommodate 20 - 200 people.

This space is the perfect place to gather for meetings or family gatherings, large or small. Everything is on one level, easily accessible with a wheelchair. We have multiple washrooms, an organized kitchen and plenty of room for yoga mats, tables for scrapbooking or any other type of event. We are located one block off main street in Killam. Screens and projectors are available. Also available: spacious basement for crafting or a separate cozy meeting room (ideal for a book study or smaller gathering on the main level as well).
