An unsightly premise (Bylaw 777B) is a property characterized by a lack of general upkeep. This may include grass that has not been mowed recently, out of control weeds, accumulation of rubbish, vehicles parked on the property without plates and other inoperable machinery If any unsightly conditions apply to your property, please take action immediately. Failure to maintain a tidy premises may result in a written warning and subsequent accumulative violation tickets with associated fines.
