Pet Owner Reminder:
Dogs and Cats, over 6 months old, are required to be licensed each year in the Town of Killam. Pet tags bought after February 1 are now $30 a tag per pet.
You can register your pet(s) online with the Killam APP (Payment can then be sent online or via e-transfer), or drop by the Killam Town Office, Monday to Friday- between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, to register in person.
The Owner of an unlicensed (tagged) pet, may be fined up to $250. For full details, please feel free to view Bylaw 815A, Animal Control on our website under the "Municipal Info" - "Bylaws & Permits" tabs.
