Session starts at 6:00am - 7:00am at the Killam Regional Indoor Pool. 

To register, go to Recreation, Swimming Pool, "Aquatic Programs and Times" button on the Town of Killam website.  Or call the amazing Staff at the Pool if you have questions at 780-385-3080.
