The Cemetery Directory is a list of those that have been buried at the Killam Cemetery. A display stand with the Cemetery's Directory can be found at the gate of the Killam Cemetery. A description of how to use the directory and map is included on the first page.
Killam's Cemetery is currently managed by those serving Town Council and Town Administration. Maintenance and general upkeep is in the care of the Town of Killam Public Works department. For questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Killam Town Office.
Plot & Service Pricing
- Sale of Plots: * $300 + GST for full Burial plot (4'x8')
- can accommodate 1 full burial + 3 cremains OR 2 full burials (double depth)
OR 4 cremains
* $150 + GST for Cremation Plot (4'x4')
- accommodates 2 cremains burials - For either type plot, an extra $150 (+GST) for each additional burial placed after the first will be charged.
- Open and Close: - $550 (+GST) for full Burial in Summer, $750 (+GST) for full Burial in Winter.
$100 (+GST) for Cremation in Summer, $150 (+GST) for Cremation for Winter. - Concrete Liner - $575 + GST (This is mandatory for all full burials in the Killam Cemetery)
- Monument Permit - $25 + GST

Killam Cemetery Notice - Grave Decorations
Please be advised that the Town of Killam Cemetery Bylaw has been amended as of September 17, 2026 to allow for temporary grave markers (maximum of 2 years under the Town of Killam approval) and a maximum of one solar light per grave. We ask that you collect anything lying on the grass of your loved ones graves that may interfere with proper grass cutting and maintenance of the Cemetery. This includes all loose decorations, lawn ornaments additional solar lights, etc.
Please collect items prior to the Spring Cemetery Clean Up held in beginning of May 2027 or the town will remove and dispose of any items not removed that violate the Cemetery Bylaw. Click here to view the full Cemetery Bylaw .
