The Parade of Lights will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 beginning at 6:00pm on Killam Main Street.
Join in for an evening of Family activities for the whole family! A Free movie at the Living Room (old Killam theater), bonfires, late night shopping, sleigh rides and the Festival of Trees.

The Killam Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Festival of Trees in conjunction with the Parade of Lights and Moonlight Madness event going on in Killam on Friday, December 3, as well as the annual Chirstmas Craft Fair that will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016. The exhibit will be held at the Killam Seniors Centre, adjacent to the Killam Communiity Hall. Donations to the Flagstaff Food Bank will be accepted!

The Killam Community Hall Board and Killam Chamber of Commerce are hosting the Killam Community Christmas on Saturday, December 10, 2016. The groups are requesting Chamber and Board members to contribute to the evenings late lunch by donating food items or cash. Currently, the following is required: 5 hams (not the rolled ones) for the Christmas Dinner, or appetizers, fruit or veggie platters, squares or cookies for the late lunch.

The Town of Killam is currently searching for a new Municipal Auditor. This position will be for a three year term, dating December 31, 2016, 2017 and 2018. The Request For Proposal package is below. A detailed outline of the services that are required, as well as information regarding the Town's operations, are included.
