Old Fashioned Christmas Concert

"The Living Room" (located at the old theater on Killam Main Street) will be host to an Old Fashion Christmas Concert this Friday, Dec 14, 2018. 

Beginning at 7:00pm, local talent will share in singing and playing some of the many festive favorites.

Admission by Donation - funds exceeding expenses will be given to the Flagstaff Kids Connection Daycare and the Flagstaff Food Bank.

Let's get together to Remember...

This Service of Lament & Light is being held at the Killam Knox United Church (4930 - 49 Street) and is an opportunity for those who may not be embracing the celebration of Christmas because of the loss of a loved one.  All those who feel they would benefit from this special service are invited to attend on Friday, December 14, 2018 beginning at 7:00pm.

The Parade of Lights - the kick off to the Holiday Season in Killam,  will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 beginning at 6:30pm on Killam Main Street.

Join in for an evening of Family activities for the whole family! 

Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 Schedule:

2:00pm   - FREE movie at the Living Room (old Killam theater) 
                   "Home Alone" (Sponsored by ATB)
4:00 - 7:00pm   -  Killam Library - activities, crafts and treats!
4:30 - 6:00pm    -  SANTA at the ATB
5:00 - 6:00pm   -  FREE skate with the Jr. B Wheat Kings (Sponsored by the Town of Killam)
5:00 - 8:00pm   -  Festival of Trees - Killam Seniors Centre (Donations to the Food Bank accepted)
5:30pm - FREE Smokies, Hot Dogs & Cider at the Vision Credit Union
6:30pm - Parade of Lights
                 Starts at the Killam Health Centre and goes down Main Street

Join the Flagstaff Victim Services, RCMP, EMS, Flagstaff Emergency Services, Killam Fire Department, Alberta Health Services, Office of Traffic Saftey, Flagstaff Food Bank and Christmas Sharing, Flagstaff Family & Community Services and the Killam Wheat Kings Jr. B Team on Saturday, December 1, 2018 -  to help raise funds and collect food and toys for those who are less fortunate in our Communities.  All donations will remain within Flagstaff County.

Festival of Trees

The Killam Chamber of Commerce and Killam Seniors  will be hosting a Festival of Trees in conjunction with the Parade of Lights. Entry is a donation to the Flagstaff Food Bank. Come through the Killam Senior Centre to see the various trees decorated by local businesses and organizations.

Saturday, Dec 1, 2018 - 10:00am - 3:00pm

The annual Chirstmas Craft Fair  will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018  from 10am - 3pm -  in the Killam Communiity Hall.
