July's Council Meeting has been CANCELLED.
The next scheduled meeting will be Thursday, August 10, 2017 in the Killam Town Office Council Chambers, beginning at 7:00pm.
Please note that a protion of 46 Street (known as the "Old Highway") will be closed on Friday, June 23 to June 25, 2017 for road maintanence, weather permitting. Alternate routes will be required.
Residents are invited to attend the Annual "Town Hall Meeting" on Thursday, June 15, 2017... at the Killam Town Office!
The Town will also be hosting a Canada 150 Barbeque for all to attend, from 11:30am - 1:30pm. Join Council and Staff for a burger, salad, drink, and of course cake!
While you're here, feel free to discuss any concerns, questions or observations you've made regarding Killam's 2016 - and maybe even what you'd like to see in the future. Council members will be in attendance - this will be your opportunity! Maybe you have a question regarding the upcoming municipal election and what being a council member entails?
The streets of Killam will be buzzing with activities at the end of next week! Here we go!
Rodeo Performances begin Friday, June 16 at 7:00pm at the Killam Memorial Arena. Come out early for the Beef Supper that will be held at the Killam Agriplex Multipurpose Room beginning at 4:00pm!

The Wildrose Coop Pancake Breakfast at the Killam Agriplex, hosted by the Killam Cyclones Swim Club begins at 7:00am - 10:30am
Rodeo Slack Performance begins at 8:00am in the Killam Memorial Arena
Parade begins at 11:00am on Killam's Main Street
Blacktop Bonanza opens at Noon - 4:00pm, hosted by the Killlam Chamber of Commerce. Wonder Killam's Main Streets that will host something for everyone! From inflatables for the kids, food concessions, trade show, street hockey tournament, entertainment stages and beer gardens!
Saturday Night Rodeo Performance - 5:30pm
Dance in the Dirt Cabaret begins at 9:30pm, following the Rodeo! (This is an adult only event!)
