REMINDER: PET TAGS

Pet Owner REMINDER:

Dogs and Cats are required to be licensed each year in the Town of Killam.  If your Pet Tag is purchased before January 31, 2023, the Tag is only $15 per pet.  Pet tags bought Febuary 1 and later increase to $30 a tag/pet.

You can register your pet(s) online with the Killam APP (Payment can then be sent online or via e-transfer), or drop by the Killam Town Office, Monday to Friday- between 8:30am and 4:00pm, to register in person.

The Owner of an unlicensed (tagged) pet, may be fined up to $250.  For full details, please feel free to view Bylaw 815A, Animal Control on our website under the "Municiapal Info" - "Bylaws & Permits" tabs.
